To make the injection moulds should be easy, I guess the difficulty is to
find a mold factory for the trial. I know several injection mould factories in China that might help you on you concept. It is important to know whether your plastic injection moulds were entirely made in high quality steel in China, so not just the core and cavity components, but also the mould base, etc. Here in China, most plastic injection moulds, if not for export, are made in ordinary steel. Rust prevention is nearly impossible with such plastic injection moulds. Oil and surface protection is difficult and just a partial solution. Your ejector system, sliders, inserts and all other surfaces are not accessible for the protection agent in China.
