Working with Philips and Huawei
Gostar Group (HK) is a new emerging and fast-growing enterprise with a factory located in Dongguan and a sales office in Shenzhen. In 2006, we started manufacturing electronic products and we were able to build a good reputation by working with Philips, Huawei and other famous companies.
Since 2012, we have been expanding our product line to Android tablet PCs/MIDs. Our products include sizes ranging from 6.5 to 10.1 inches, which are made of different chipsets from Allwinner, Rockchip, MTK and Actions, and feature different configurations such as dual/quad core and 2G/3G function.
Providing Solid Backup to Global Customers
Located in Dalang, Dongguan City, our factory covers an area of 6,500 square meters and has more than 300 workers, 15 QC staff, four assembly lines, one dust-free room, one SMT machine, six plastic injection machines, one high-and-low temperature chamber, two vibration machines and one drop testing machine. With all these, we are able to make customized enclosures by ourselves and provide solid backup to global customers for OEM/ODM services.
Adhering to International Quality Standards
Our factory is ISO 9001- and ISO 14000-certified and our product quality adheres to international standards. Our initial QC will inspect all the incoming materials and perform 100% inspection for key components such as screens, batteries, PCBs and TPs. After assembly, all products will undergo a four- to six-hour aging test. Before packaging, our final QC will do another inspection to ensure the quality of each product.
