Leach International is one of the leading electronic manufacturing service (EMS) providers, with a 4,000sqm factory that houses six automatic production lines and 150 workers. Our main products include elevator boards, electric meter boards and DVR boards, as well as digital camera boards and LED lamp boards.
New Samples Available in Four Weeks
SMT machines, wave soldering machines and reflow soldering machines from Yamaha and Sanyo enable us to have a large monthly capacity of 80 million dots per month. Our production lead time is four weeks. In addition, we have 15 R&D engineers with average of seven years' experience. They can work on your OEM/ODM orders and design a new sample in four weeks.
Trimmed Costs and Downtime, and Improved Yields
We maintain procurement offices in Hong Kong which are controlled by our centralized material warehouse in Shenzhen and sourcing staff with an average of five years of experience. We also enjoy good and stable relationships with over 100 raw material suppliers.
Our 30 QC auditors conduct AOI and over temperature tests. To keep quality control effective, we continually evaluate our test flow charts. We also updated our production equipment to produce circuit boards in compliance with the RoHS Directive. All products undergo 100% inspection before shipment as well. Moreover, we follow ISO 9001:2000 guidelines and guarantee our products meet CE and FCC standards. As a result, our repair rate is controlled under 0.1%. Our Australian customer also recognized us as their best supplier in 2010.
