Incoming and outgoing cables could be freely operated by hand or electrical automatic following user’s need, the breaker circuit collocates corresponding intelligent controller and the other related equipment to achieve the function of control, measurement and protection. Features:
1. Safe and reliable
The gas box with switchgear in it is made of stainless steel, all the switches, busbar and mechanical facilities are sealed in one gas box which is full of SF6 with 0.3 mega-pa, this pressure is indicated by a manometer in the front panel.
2. Protection
An explosion-proof valve is fitted in lower-part position of the gas box’s back. The gas is designed to discharge by the explosion-proof valve, in order to guarantee the safety of people, cables and the other equipments, use the huffing method to destroy the electrical arc to decrease the abrasion of the switches. Once the Unit has been finished in our factory, there is no need to test it in the working field, only to insert cables in to make it work. Designed mechanical life is 30 years.
3. Varity connection method
SF6 load switch could be collocated with vacuum breaker freely, and up to 4-7 switches can be assembled.
4. Observing window
Through the observing window, the faultage of the huffing-arc load switch can be observed clearly, indeed the position of the switch, in order to guarantee the safety better.
By collocating the electrical control system, electrical motor control facility and the PT etc, it’s more easier to update the Unit’s function from manual operation to auto-operation by computer, achieve the automatic function of perfect SCADA and remote control etc.
5. Varity assemble
According to user’s requirements, this Unit not only could be collocated with EU cables, but also could be collocated with USA cables.
