Solar Cell & Wafer Scoring & Scribing Machines

The machine is design to score mono-crystalline solar cell, poly-crystalline solar cell and wafer into small pieces. Scribing process is by laser. Two types of laser machine is available, optical fiber laser scribing and semi-conductor laser scribing. Both can achieve solar cell cutting correctly while optical fiber laser technology has faster scribing speed and only 1/3 scribing line width than semi-conductor laser technology. When observe under microscope, optical fiber laser scoring obtains much more fine scribing edge than that of semi-conductor. Optical fiber laser scribing machine is also free of maintenance and need no consumables supplies.
