2-shot nold

2 shot mode: two kinds of plastic materials in the same plastic injection machine injection molding, devide in twice, but  only  produce a mold. Usually this moulding technology also called double injection molding, usually by 1 set of mould, and complete need a dedicated double color injection molding machine.
Three things you should pay attention:
1 Cavity, two shape is different, forming a product respectively.
but the Core of the two shapes are exactly the same.
2 Die, front-mold and behind-mold as the center rotate for 180 .Endly, two molds should coincide. You should check it when you design it.
3, Pay attention to knock outs position, minimum distance 210 mm. Big mould should be appropriately increase the number of knock outs. Meanwhile, because the top stick with injection molding machine itself is not long enough, so we should plan to longthen the stick, top stick top grow mold floor about 150 mm.
