This item ,stencil is used for printing solder paste on PCB board before SMT going through SMT oven or manual soldering ,when smt soldering,should manufacture a smt stencil,and print solder paste on pcb use the stencil,then place SMT components on pads for soldering using.
Notes:Please do not pay before we quote you. These stencils are not stock items but all customized products.Customers had better send pcb gerber file with SMT paste layer to us by email at first,will reply your email to confirm the price and the stencil file, after you confirmed,I will tell you how to pay and finish the order.
Order Steps
1.Send pcb gerber file ( it had better be with SMT paste layer) to our email , sales(@)hkpcba.com ,tell us your shipping country .Normally we will quote for you in 1 working day.
2.in our reply Email,will show you the smt stencil size ,price with shipping cost (shipping by China or HongKong post air mail in default(15-25 days) ,if you need international express like DHL or Fedex etc(3-5 days),pls tell me know:-).
3.After clear payment, we will place this stencil order at once, and not accept files or other specs update anymore.
4.SMT stencil fault for our cause, we will re-manufacture free.
