BDK been manufacturing AS/NZS cables for decades, we got the SAA approval as early as 2012. Oceania is our main market, including Australia, New Zeland, Fiji, Papua New Guinea..etc. There are many clients that had been working together for more than 10 years.
The SAA approvals covers AS/NZS 5000.1 AS/NZS 5000.2, single core building cables, Flat Twin and earth cable, Orange circular cables.
The 1.5 twin and earth cable 100m, and 100m twin and earth 2.5 are most commonly used house wiring, there is fierce price competition. Due to cost of copper and PVC, there is slim margin for distributor and manufactory. With our qualified Flat cables, you can gain and increase the market share, and expand to other profitable items: single core building cable, SDI, orange circular, flexible wire. BDK have SAA approvals for all those cables too.
Application: Flat electrical cable are commonly used for the fixed wiring of domestic and industrial lighting, power outlets, control wire to electrical appliances, suitable for use in conduit and other protected installations.
