Copper is the main material for the cable, it meets BS EN 60228, the advantages as follows
Low resistivity: the resistivity of aluminum core cable is about 1.68 times higher than that of copper core cable.

Fatigue resistance: aluminum is easy to crack after repeated bending, while copper is not. In terms of elastic targets, copper is also about 1.7-1.8 times higher than aluminum.

Good stability and corrosion resistance: copper core is oxidation-resistant and corrosion-resistant, while aluminum core is simply oxidized and corroded.

High current carrying capacity: because of low resistivity, the allowable current carrying capacity (maximum current that can be passed) of copper core cable with the same section is about 30% higher than that of aluminum core cable
