A complete POE system includes two parts: Power Sourcing Equipment (PSE) and Powered Device (PD).
The PSE device is the device that supplies power to the Ethernet client device, and is also the manager of the entire POE power over Ethernet process.
PD devices, on the other hand, are the client devices of the POE system, such as IP phones and network cameras, that receive power from the power supply end load.
