Durostone: Fiberglass Reinforced Composite Sheet
Durostone is a heavy-duty glass fiber reinforced plastic which offers extreme strength and excellent electrical, thermal and chemical properties. Durostone is manufactured by using Polyester, Vinyl ester, Epoxy- and modified Epoxy resins combined with glass fibers.
Durostone materials are designed and typically recommended for uses in manufacturing solder pallets for wave-solder applications of printed circuit boards (PCB's). These materials can also be used for carriers in solder paste printing, SMT placement, IR-reflow and conformal coating operations.

Durostone materials are designed and typically recommended for use in manufacturing solders pallets for wave-solder applications of printed circuit boards (PCB's). These materials can also be used for carriers in solder paste printing, SMT placement, IR-reflow, and conformal coating operations.
It can keep its mechanical strength, smoothness and original color when continuously used under the temperature of 280 degree (maximal working temperature below 385 degree 10~20s)
In addition, it has the advantage of easily machining, high intensity and can be easily machining into special mechanical parts.
Its flexure modulus is 20,000psi. The fixture made of CATOS brand synthesized stone is applicable for at least 20,000times. Compared with same kind of materials from home and abroad, our product precedes by its better quality and reasonable price.
The product of 3mm can be used for reflow process while other domestic products do not have the advantage.
