This is a fully-automatic form-insert-seal monoblock cartoning machine for stand up pouches designed and manufactured for one of our long-term customers abroad. It works by erecting flat-fold cartons and sealing their bases to form cases, inserting filled stand up pouches in cases by delta robot (ABB IRB 360 FlexPicker) with help of a vision system, seal the case tops with tape, all fully-automatic. The case packer was designed to package 1 quart and 1 gallon stand up pouches respectively with cartons according for this customer, but we can manufacture different pouch cartoners to meet different customers' requirements. This monoblock case packer can be installed easily by customers themselves.
