Multiplex Real time PCR Kit for Viral Diarrhea

The kit is used for in vitro qualitative detection of eight Viral Diarrhea virus kinds of the Group A rotavirus(RV-A)/Group B rotavirus (RV-B)/enterovirus(EV)/Adenovirus(AdV)/Norwalk Viruses I (NOV-GI)/Norwalk Viruses II (NOV-GII)/Astrovirus(AV)/Sapovirus (SV) in stool, throat swab, herpes fluid and other samples .

The kit contains four tubes, the A tube primer sets and FAM labeled probe are designed for specific detection of RV-A, VIC labeled probe for RV-B. The B tubes FAM labeled probe are designed for specific detection of AdV, VIC labeled probe for EV. The C tubes FAM labeled probe are designed for specific detection of NOV-GI , VIC labeled probe for NOV-GII , The D tubes FAM labeled probe are designed for specific detection of AV, VIC labeled probe for SV.
