Features

The nucleic acid extraction reagent is used for virus nucleic acid isolation, nucleic acid purification，and accumulation.  After washing and eluting the binded DNA & RNA on the magnetic beads, the protein and other impurities can be removed effectively. The purified DNA & RNA can be used for clinical in vitro detection, such as PCR, qPCR, library construction, sequencing and so on.

All the nucleic acid extracting reagent and magnetic beads are preloaded in 96-deep–well plate, bringing great convenience and easiness for directly loading and oepration on automated nucleic acid extraction machine.
