Five-axis machining center advantages

1, simplify machine setup: five-axis machining center can be set up through a single process (also known as "one complete"), which can significantly reduce the preparation time, and improve the efficiency of the processing center and people. This also reduces human and machine errors caused by multiple Settings at each processing stage. Simpler clamping devices for placing parts in desired locations in machining centers also save time and cost and reduce potential errors.


2, higher machining accuracy: by reducing the number of manual Settings required, the five-axis machining center helps improve the overall accuracy of the parts produced.


3, Better surface finish: with a five-axis machining center, the cutting tool can not only be closer to the workpiece but also can be positioned at 90° from the surface of the part -- this allows for optimal cutting conditions at any time. The fourth and fifth axes, or rotation axes, allow shorter cutting tools, reducing vibration and thus improving surface finish. The main purpose of the additional shaft is to allow the cutter to reach all five sides of the part more accurately.

Q3: How long does it take to get the samples?

A: According to your designated product, it usually takes 3-7 days.

Q4: How do you conduct quality control?

A:

1. IQC material inspection;

2. For the first sample inspected by QC, QC will conduct an over-check based on the parameter list and key dimensions requested by the customer to determine whether production can continue;

3. During the processing, our IPQC will check the products every 2 hours to ensure that there are no defective products;

4. FQC will inspect the products before entering the warehouse;

5. OQC has carried out 100% inspection before leaving the factory.
