This structure is called differential structure because it is measured equally and causes the opposite change of the parameters of the two sensors. If the elastic diaphragm is placed between the side pressure and the atmosphere (the upper chamber of the elastic diaphragm passes through the atmosphere), the surface pressure is measured; If the elastic diaphragm is placed between the side pressure and the vacuum through which the upper chamber of the elastic diaphragm passes, the absolute pressure is measured.
