The working structure of urea pressure sensor is mainly composed of motor, water supply pump, reverse water pump, on-off valve, pressure vessel, throttle hole and so on. The pump has two working states of supply and discharge. When the liquid is fed to the urea injection system, the motor drives the feed pump to transport the urea solution from the urea tank to the pressure chamber. Part of the urea solution is used for injection and part of the urea solution is returned to the urea tank through the perforator. At low temperatures, to prevent pipe clogging, the pump requires the pressure chamber controller to automatically determine that it is emptying. At this point, the water supply pump stops working and the switch valve opens. The return pump pumps the urea solution remaining in the pressure chamber back into the urea tank. Urea pressure transmitter system can be divided into 5 stages according to the work flow, which are: standby preparation stage, pre-injection stage, metering injection stage, delay stage (according to the nozzle temperature delay) and stop stage.
