The pressure sensor measures the refrigerant pressure circulating in the coil and sends a reading to the controller. The controller knows that pressure should not be increased or decreased beyond a certain limit. When it receives a pressure reading from a sensor and finds that the temperature is above or below the set value, it takes the necessary action. In typical air conditioning systems, there are two types of air conditioning pressure sensors. These are: high pressure sensor, low pressure transmitter. The air conditioning system has two sides, high pressure side and low pressure side. The compressor outlet of the condenser coil contains the high pressure side. In contrast, the evaporator coil at the compressor inlet is located on the low pressure side. The refrigerant pressure sensor used in air conditioning is very important for the refrigeration cycle of air conditioning.
