The actual pressure of the system is sampled by the pressure sensor, and after the adjustment, it is compared and amplified with the set signal. Control the opening and switching time of the intake valve and exhaust valve to achieve system pressure control. If the system pressure is greater than the set pressure, the system exhaust valve will be opened, and the vacuum pump will be connected, and the system pressure will decrease; on the contrary, if the system pressure is less than the set pressure, the system intake valve will be opened, the gas cylinder will be connected, the gas will enter the gas volume, and the system pressure will increase. Thereby realizing automatic pressure control.
