How to use a stainless steel multilayer filter press?
1. Filtering process: Turn on the pump to create pressure and force the liquid through the filter cloth. The solid particles will be trapped in the filter cloth, and the filtered liquid will pass through the Filter Press Cake and be collected in the collection tray.
2. Discharging the filtered liquid: Once the filtering process is complete, open the filter press and remove the Filtration Plate. The filtered liquid can be discharged into a storage tank or directly into the process.
3. Cleaning the filter press: After use, the Press Filter should be cleaned thoroughly to remove any remaining solids or contaminants. This will ensure that the filter press is ready for the next use.
4. Maintenance: Regular maintenance of the filter press is essential to ensure that it operates efficiently and effectively. This includes regular cleaning, inspection of the filter cloth, and replacement of any damaged parts.
