Mechanical Compaction Filter Press for Wastewater Treatment

This is a mechanically compressed chamber filter press with 40 filter plates and a filter chamber volume of 1063L. The pressing power of the filter press can be divided into three types, jack pressing, mechanical pressing and hydraulic pressing. The jack-pressed filter press does not require a power source throughout the process, is very simple and easy to operate, and is suitable for sewage treatment volumes below 40 square meters. The hydraulically compressed filter press uses the pressure brought by the hydraulic station to push the filter plate for solid-liquid separation. It has a PLC control cabinet, and all the instructions can be realized by using the buttons on it to complete the work of the filter press. Mechanical compression is also a very common type of filter press. Users can choose to install a pull plate mechanism according to the needs of the volume, and freely choose automatic or manual unloading.
