This series of materials has low cost, chemical corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and the maximum temperature for continuous operation is 82 ° C.

Turcite A and Turcite X are modified materials based on polyoxymethylene. Through copolymerization and blending with polytetrafluoroethylene and other materials, the structure of the material is optimized, and the excellent performance of the material is retained and exerted, especially the wear resistance. And self-lubricating performance, its performance can be compared with DuPont similar products. Currently, the Turcite series of materials only provide rods, not plates.

Turcite A is blue in color, and some customers directly call it blue glue or blue glue stick. Suitable for use in environments with medium to heavy loads and speeds, with high wear resistance and excellent service life.

Turcite X is red in color, and some customers directly call it red glue or red glue stick. Suitable for use in low-load and high-speed environments, high wear resistance and long life enable it to maintain integrity throughout the entire application cycle and save maintenance costs.

The excellent self-lubricating and maintenance-free properties of Turcite A and Turcite X make them widely used in microelectronic devices.

Turcite®A is a high-quality, thermoplastic self-lubricating bearing material modified with acetal as the base material. Performance and application comparable to DELRIN AF®. It is suitable for use in environments with moderate to heavy loads and speeds. Turcite®A is ideal for applications with high wear and friction requirements. It has low moisture absorption and low thermal expansion, and provides high structural stability. It is easy to machine and performs well under vibration and dynamic loads. Turcite® A has an excellent service life and is durable. The continuous maximum operating temperature is 80 degrees.

★Low coefficient of friction
TurciteA has an extremely low coefficient of friction (COF) due to its special self-lubricating formula. No additional product is needed, and the sliding advantage derived from its dry lubrication yields smoother, quieter operation. It also ensures improved sliding behavior by providing a near-zero level of slip sticking and by eliminating back-sliding issues that occur with components under high pressure conditions.

Compared to Turcite® X, Turcite® A has a higher wear resistance.
