Concerned about galling soft mating services? Simply a non-issue with Rulon XL, since its non-abrasive attributes actually enhance frictional performance to prevent galling. And with an ability to combine extreme load tolerance and chemical resistance, Rulon XL outshines in a variety of electrical and chemical environments.


Rulon® XL is a tan, low friction material, suitable for mating aluminum surfaces (including anodized), with low outgassing properties making it ideal for vacuum applications.


Rulon® XL offers low deformation under load and is the best selection for seals and bearings in vacuum service and also does well in abrasive service applications.
