Heat Resistance: Vespel materials are able to maintain good performance in high temperature environments, with resistance to temperatures of up to 288°C for continuous use and up to 480°C for short periods of time.
Abrasion resistance: Vespel's non-lubricated limit PV value is more than 10 times that of general engineering plastics, and it has strong resistance to impact abrasion and shaking abrasion.
Creep performance: In the creep test at 260°C and 186kg/cm2, there is only 0.6% deformation in 1000 hours, showing good stability.
Deformation performance to load: the deformation under 50°C, 140KG/2 condition is 1/70 of ptfe, 1/10 of nylon, showing its excellent resistance to load.
