The inner diameter of the seal is fitted in a static housing/ groove within the piston head. Piston seals can either be single acting seals (designed for pressure from one side only), or double acting seals (designed for pressure from both sides) and are usually used in a sealing system with bearings, which are either incorporated into the seal or separately in additional housings. Sometimes single acting seals are mounted back-to-back on a piston head in separate grooves to provide a double acting arrangement.ect.

This product is a combination of polytetrafluoroethylene ring and o-ring. The design can make the product suitable for high pressure conditions up to 400bar in a double-acting cylinder. The low friction resistance of PTFE makes it suitable for 5 meters per High-speed operating conditions in seconds without any crawling phenomenon.

Application

The hydraulic system, reciprocating motion, and heavy-duty two-way piston sealing under high pressure and low pressure and high frequency conditions are excellent. It is suitable for long and short strokes, and for large piston clearances in a large range of fluids and high temperature occasions. For example, it is used in injection molding machines, bulldozers, agricultural machinery, presses and other machine tools.
