Polytetrafluoroethylene coated glass fiber cloth

PTFE cloth, also called PTFE high temperature paint (welding) cloth, is made of suspended PTFE (commonly known as plastic king) emulsion impregnated with high performance glass fiber cloth. It is a high-performance, multi-purpose composite material new product. Because of its excellent performance, it is widely used in aviation, papermaking, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, construction (roof membrane structure base cloth), wheel slicing, machinery and other fields.

Features of PTFE high temperature resistant paint cloth:

1. Dimensional stability, high strength, extension coefficient less than 5‰

2. Good temperature resistance, continuous working temperature -70-260 ℃

3. Small coefficient of friction of the surface machine, good insulating properties

4. Good anti-adhesion, easy to clean its surface attached to a variety of oil stains, stains or other adhesions

5. Good corrosion resistance, resistant to all kinds of strong acid and alkali corrosion, non-combustible, aging resistance.

Main features:

1, High temperature resistance: high temperature cloth can be used for a long time under the high temperature of 200℃-260℃ without any change in performance.

2, Low temperature resistance: high temperature cloth can be used at a low temperature of -50℃-70℃ without any change in performance.

3, Anti-adhesion: not easy to adhere to any substance. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other adherents attached to its surface.

4, Chemical corrosion resistance, resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, aqua regia and a variety of organic solvents corrosion, almost resistant to all pharmaceutical products.

5, Weather resistance, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet. DuPont has made experiments, stored in the field for 30 years its performance remains unchanged.

6, High insulating properties (dielectric constant: 2.6, tangent below 0.0025), anti-static, surface resistance up to 1016 ohms.

7, Fire retardant. It will not burn even if it meets open fire.

Application industries:

1、Food Processing: Because of its anti-sticking and temperature resistance, it can be used for oven sheet, baking plate sheet, microwave gasket and as mold release material in food processing.

2、Conveyor belt: the thickness of high temperature cloth ranges from 0.06mm-1.2mm, according to the different thickness can be made into various types of conveyor belts. 0.45mm above the thickness of the high temperature cloth can be made into conveyor belts, slightly thinner can be made into bonding machine belts, sealing belts.

3、It is used for the connection of all kinds of chemical pipes, wrapping, which can play the role of shock absorption and anticorrosion; the protective layer of the equipment, such as the desulfurization device of the power plant.

4、Used in electrical appliances, because of its good insulation properties, can be used for circuit board production materials.

5、Used as fireproof material: fireproof wall, fireproof building and so on.
