This is a compression molded PPS material that has been modified with 10% each of carbon fibre, graphite and PTFE for improved sliding and wear properties.

TECATRON PPS XP-83 is a 10% PTFE, 10% graphite and 15% carbon fiber filled highly crystalline high-temperature thermoplastic with an excellent balance of cost, temperature resistance, strength, chemical resistance and flame retardance. TECATRON PPS is often used when long-term high-temperature performance and dimensional stability are a must, even in the presence of aggressive chemicals
