Techtron HPV PPS (dark blue) has excellent comprehensive properties such as wear resistance, bearing capacity, and dimensional stability when exposed to chemicals and high temperatures.Techtron HPV PPS contains a uniformly dispersed internal lubricant for excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient. Techtron HPV PPS overcomes the disadvantages of high friction coefficient of pure PPS and premature wear of mating surfaces of dynamic components of glass fiber reinforced PPS.

Techtron HPV PPS can be used in a variety of industrial equipment such as industrial drying and food processing ovens (bearings, rollers...) , chemical equipment (pumps, valves and compressor components) and electrical insulation systems.

Techtron® HPV exhibits excellent wear resistance and a low coefficient of friction. It overcomes the disadvantages of virgin PPS caused by a high coefficient of friction, and of glass fiber reinforced PPS which can cause premature wear of the counter face in moving-part applications.
