HONY®PMMA Mirror Sheet Mirror Acrylic sheet is a continuously processed product which exhibits outstanding optical properties, uniform thickness and a low stress level. Acrylic sheet is a lightweight, weather-resistant thermo plastic. It can be easily fabricated, formed, finished, cemented, painted and decorated. Mirror acrylic sheet is available with new thermoformable film-masking for easy processing and superior protection. Acrylic sheet can be heated, line-bent or laser-cut with the strong protective film-masking in place.

Plexiglass Acrylic Mirror is a versatile plastic material that has great impact strength yet is light weight with exceptional optical quality. Plexiglass acrylic mirror can be used for a number of applications such as signage, displays, custom computer cases, and much more. Plexiglass (acrylic) can be sawed, drilled, routed, painted, silkscreened, and formed. Acrylic mirror is ten times stronger than glass, and is an excellent choice when safety is a consideration. Unlike regular glass, acrylic mirror is resistant to shattering like glass when broken (please note, plexiglass mirror is still breakable like other plexiglass sheets, but resist shattering like regular glass).

Due to manufacturing and cutting tolerances, sheet length and width may vary by +/- 1/4". Thickness tolerances are +/- 10% on acrylic sheets and can vary throughout the sheet. Normally we see variations less than 5%. Please refer to nominal and actual sheet thicknesses below.

0.06" = 1.5 mm

1/8" = 3 mm = 0.118"

3/16" = 4.5 mm = 0.177"

1/4" = 6 mm = 0.236"
