UPE(TIVAR&Polystone) Ultra High Polymer

English name Ultra-high molecular Weight Polyethylene, that is, ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene. It refers to the linear structure polyethylene with average molecular weight of more than 3.1 million, and the molecular weight of imported UPE is currently divided into average 3 million molecular weight, average 5 million molecular weight, and average 9.2 million molecular weight. Food grade, suitable for food contact.

The UPE supplied by HONY plastic are from the world famous brand, originated from Germany/Switzerland, the average molecular weight is divided into 3 million/5 million/9.2 million.

Main Properties:

Good abrasion and corrosion resistance, even at low temperatures, high impact strength, superior chemical resistance.

Lower density than other thermoplastics (< 1g/cm3), low coefficient of friction, very low water absorption, moderate mechanical strength, rigidity and creep resistance.

Excellent electrical insulation and anti-static properties (only for the original grade material).

Excellent machinability, good resistance to high energy radiation (gamma- and X-rays).
