HONY®FR4 G11 Tube epoxy fiberglass cloth electrical insulation tube 3240 G10 G11 FR4 Epoxy Fiberglass Insulation Tubes are made of alkali-free glass fabric bonded with epoxy resin. It is molded in mould under high temperature and high pressure.  Insulation tubes can also be produced by twine technology

Product characteristics of the electrical insulation tube

1、Fire Resistance: UL94 V-0.

2、Good flatness, smooth surface, no pits, standard thickness tolerances.

3、Low water absorption, has good moisture resistance and good dielectric properties .

4、Stable electrical insulating properties, good electrical performance in dry or wet conditions.

5、High mechanical strength, good processability Punching, Drilling, Machining and Cutting is available.

6、Good mechanical workability.

7、In high temperature electric performance is stable.

8、High mechanical properties and dielectric properties.

Product Application:

1.Reinforcement sheets: Testing fixture PFC,FPC

2.Less than 3 mm is used for Raw materials of PCB flexible circuit board test processing

3.Needle plate, carrier board and insulating electrical and electronic products

4.Backing boards: PCB drilling machine, Plastic Mould, Injection Mould, Injection molding machine, Table grinding machine, ICT governance
