Notes:
Do not use MC501CDR2/R6/R9 and MC500ASR11as an electric part of heat generation, contact point, or terminal.

Plastic #MC501CD (also known as Nylon MC501) is a line of electromagnetic nylon plastic, with high mechanical properties, resistance to cleaning chemicals and good abrasion resistance, developed early by Quadrant with the Nylatron® brand. The MC501CD family has the following lines:

1. Type MC501CD R2 is conductive grade (electro conductive grade), with total resistivity from 102 ÷ 104 (Ohm.Cm). Available in black color. Mainly used for processing electronic parts.

2. Type MC501CD R6 is an anti-static line (Anti-Static grade), with total resistivity from 106 ÷ 108 (Ohm.Cm). Available in black color. Mainly used for machining electronic jigs (JIG) parts.

3. Type MC501CD R9 is anti-static (Anti-Static grade) and high temperature resistant (Heat-resistant grade), continuous working temperature up to 1500C. Has total resistivity from 108 ÷ 1010 (Ohm.Cm). Available in black color. Mainly used for machining electronic test fixture (JIG) parts working at high temperature.

4. Type MC500AS R11 is anti-static grade (Anti-Static grade) but does not contain Carbon, so the temperature resistance is not very high, the continuous working temperature is about 1050C (while the R6 series is 1200C)Has total resistivity from 1010 ÷ 1012 (Ohm.Cm). Available in Ivory color. Mainly used for processing electronic parts.
