Using Antistatic Pa6 as raw material and adding carbon-based fillers, it exhibits high performance in the application of antistatic materials. MC501CD is the most typical representative in the anti-static nylon plastic series. The excellent characteristics of MC501CD nylon: high mechanical strength, superior wear resistance and chemical resistance.

Esd Pa6 Polyamide Sheet Resistivity:

MC501CD R2 (Black): 102-104 Ωcm

MC501CD R6 (Black): 106-108 Ωcm

MC501CD R9 (black): 108-1010 Ωcm

MC500AS R11 (white): 1010-1012 Ωcm

Balanced resistivity: Due to the uniform distribution of fillers, the conductivity is evenly distributed in all parts of MC501 CD nylon. Therefore, after mechanical processing, its conductivity does not change, even if the surface is worn, the resistivity is not affected.

Resistivity unchanged: MC501 CD nylon is rich in conductive fillers, such as carbon powder, and its resistivity will never change, while nylon sprayed with conductive materials on the surface has no such performance. The conductivity of MC501 CD does not depend on temperature.

MC500AS does not add fillers and will not peel off (such as toner, etc.).

Application range:

Widely used in semiconductor, LCD, electronic components and other fields.

-Prevent electrostatic damage to electronic parts: IC parts transport/storage, cassettes, pallets, containers, guide rails;

-Prevent electrostatic adsorption of dust: wheels, rollers, guide rails;

-Prevent the generation of static sparks: parts and equipment for handling flux;
