Anti-static ABS sheet is a profile of ABS plastic with high-end anti-static fillers or polymer long-lasting anti-static masterbatch extruded through a square die, which is generally black or beige in color. (BS provides rubbery toughness and impact resistance) and styrene (PS provides surface gloss and ease of processing) three compounds manufactured as a non-crystalline terpolymer. Antistatic ABS sheet surface resistivity in 1E6-1E8Ω/sq, antistatic ABS sheet has good processability, and has good toughness, impact strength and stiffness, antistatic ABS sheet is widely used in semiconductors, LCD, electronic equipment, industrial machinery, fixtures and fittings, hand-board modeling and other fields, used to avoid the highly sensitive parts suffered from electrostatic discharge damage or destruction. The material is used to prevent highly sensitive parts from being damaged or destroyed by electrostatic discharge.

ABS material properties:

ABS material as a widely used general-purpose plastics, the position is very unique, it can be used as a bridge between general-purpose plastics and other engineering plastics.
