Durostone is a fiber-reinforced plastic for mechanical and electrical applications. With good performance against electric arc and tracking, it is an ideal material for solder paste printing, SMT process, reflow soldering and wave soldering.

1.High temperature nanocomposites (synthetic stone) have excellent physical properties at rising temperature;

2.Low temperature conductivity of synthetic stone to ensure the heat distribution on the substrate;

3.After repeated substrate mounting process, it can still maintain dimensional stability and flatness;

4.Characteristics of synthetic stone. The base plate is equipped with fixtures for precision machining.

5.The synthetic resin component of synthetic stone can effectively block the activity of flux and prevent the generation of tin tip.
