HONY®RECOCELRicocal is made by fiber glass cloth and high temperature resin. It is an ideal material for solder pallets, wave solder pallets,SMT solder pallets, SMT solder fixtures, selective solder fixtures and other specialty soldering fixtures,it is a composite material. Recocel with low thermal conductivity, resistance, high temperature resistance, anti-static, light weight, chemical resistance, is a composite material made of glass fiber (cloth) and high temperature resistant resin and nano reinforced materials. Maintains its flatness in a sustained 260-305°C high-temperature environment, and the low thermal conductivity of the material prevents thermal shrinkage of the substrate.Ricocel is an ideal material for solder pallets, wave solder pallets, SMT solder pallets, SMT solder fixtures, selective solder fixtures and other specialty soldering fixtures.

2. How many flutes for the cutter ? 4 flutes

3. Feed speed(cutting speed): for 3.175mm cutter, feed speed is 2000mm/min
