Durostone PCB Solder Pallet Materials and Wave Soldering Tray Synthetic Stone
Made of glass fiber and resin compound, it is mainly designed and developed for the different needs of the circuit board mounting process. It can be manufactured into tin furnace jigs and SMT pallet jigs through CNC precision machining. It has been proven to be suitable for wave soldering and SMT, and the process in semiconductors. It can be machined to achieve the precision required by each process and maintain its flatness in continuous use. The low thermal conductivity of the material can prevent the substrate from shrinking. Ensure the quality of reflow.
Durostone®PCB Solder Pallet Materials have the following benefits:

4. Prevent the bending phenomenon of the substrate during reflow soldering. Wave soldering has the ability to maintain its physical properties in an environment where the temperature gradually rises, so that the synthetic stone can achieve high-standard results in the wave soldering process. And there will be no deformation, and it will not cause the separation of the synthetic stone base layer if it is placed in a harsh environment of 380°C and a continuous operating temperature of 300°C for a short period of time.
