Durostone®Roechling CAS-761 Durostone Anti-Static Composite Material for Wave and Reflow Soldering Process 

It is designed and developed from glass fiber and resin compound mainly for the different needs of the circuit board mounting process. It can be manufactured into a tin furnace fixture and an SMT pallet fixture through CNC precision processing. It has been proven to be suitable for wave soldering, SMT, and semiconductor processes. It can be machined to the precision required by each process and maintain its flatness during continuous use. The low thermal conductivity of the material can prevent the substrate from shrinking. Ensure the quality of reflow.


Durostone®materials have been developed for all procedures within the PCB assembly prcosess,there are three main grades which are suitable for use in the SMT reflow and wave soldering processes. Durostone®CHP760,CAS761,CAG762, these materials offer the following features:


Excellent mechanical properties at elevated temperatures in both the wave soldering and SMT reflow processes

Low thermal conductivity

Excellent machining properties enabling the manufacture of complex design solder pallets

Good resistance to chemicals used in modern fluxes.


Features of Antistatic durostone sheet products:

1. High temperature resistance can reach 300°C

2. The thermal conductivity is low.

3. Excellent mechanical properties, suitable for lead-free process.

4. It has excellent processing performance and can manufacture welding pallets with complex designs.

5. It has good photosensitivity, that is, it is aimed at the chemicals involved in mainstream fluxes. .
