Cat8 Ethernet network cable is the latest generation of double-shield (SFTP) network cable jumper. It has two wire pairs and can support a bandwidth of 2000MHz and the transmission rate is up to 40Gb/s. However, its maximum transmission distance is only 30m, so it is generally used for the connection of server, switch, distribution frame and other equipment in short-distance data center.
