Francool 306 quenching fluid is a water soluble full synthetic products, which is transparent and bio-stable. It contains polymer additives, which can adjust the cooling rate according different types of quenching requirements, and thus guarantee the quenching quality. Francool 306 quenching fluid is very safe, during its application no fog will be produced, and it is nonflammable, which can avoid the fire hazard caused by using oil-based quenching products. There is no fluid residue after quenching, so the parts can be put into next process directly without washing, this can improve the work efficiency.
