PSA Oxygen Gas Generator Equipment Set

Air compressor power: 15kw; cold dryer power:0.4kw; oxygen generator power: 0.2kw; oxygen booster power：7.5kw provides dependable PSA Oxygen Plant supply to meet middle and small amount oxygen on-site requirements. We take air as raw material and utilize the Zeolite Molecular Sieve (ZMS) as absorbent. ZMS absorption of nitrogen in air is much larger than its absorption of oxygen under certain pressure, thus through programmed on and off process of the automatic pneumatic valves, tower A and B will work alternate to achieve pressurized adsorption and depressurize desorption, complete the separation of Oxygen and Nitrogen and reach the targeted purity of Oxygen (93%±2%)

The entire system consists of the following components: compressed air purification components, air storage tanks, oxygen and nitrogen separation devices, and oxygen buffer tanks.air storage tank.The function of the air storage tank is to reduce the air flow pulsation and act as a buffer; thereby reducing the pressure fluctuation of the system, so that the compressed air can pass through the compressed air purification component smoothly, so as to fully remove the oil and water impurities, and reduce the load of the subsequent PSA oxygen and nitrogen separation device. At the same time, when the adsorption tower is switched over, it also provides a large amount of compressed air for the PSA Oxygen/Nitrogen Generator separation device to quickly increase the pressure in a short period of time, so that the pressure in the adsorption tower quickly rises to the working pressure, ensuring the stable operation of the equipment.
