PSA Oxygen Generator System Works in A Cycle According to the Following Step
After being filtered, the air enters the compressor, passes through the condenser, and then enters the molecular sieve tanks 1 and 2 in turn under the selection of the solenoid valve.
The solenoid valve allows the high-pressure air to only enter the molecular sieve tank 1, not into the molecular sieve tank 2; nitrogen molecules are absorbed by the molecular sieve tank 1, while oxygen molecules pass directly into the oxygen storage tank; at the same time, the exhaust valve of the molecular sieve tank 2 is opened. The adsorbed nitrogen molecules are desorbed and vented to the atmosphere.
