Process Description
The internal compression process flow is shown in the figure. After the raw air is filtered by the air filter to remove dust and mechanical impurities, it is pressurized by the air compressor and enters the air cooling tower for cleaning and pre-cooling. After pre-cooling, it enters the alternately used molecular sieve adsorber to remove moisture, carbon dioxide, acetylene, etc. impurities. The purified air is divided into two strands: one enters the main heat exchanger, exchanges heat with the reflux gas, and directly enters the lower column rectification after heat exchange; the other enters the lower column rectification after being pressurized and cooled. distillation. After the air is preliminarily rectified in the lower tower, liquid air is obtained at the bottom of the lower tower. The liquid air and pure liquid nitrogen extracted from the lower tower are subcooled by the cooler and then enter the corresponding parts of the upper tower. The obtained pure liquid oxygen is pressurized to the required pressure by the liquid oxygen pump, and then reheated by the main heat exchanger, out of the cold box, and transported to the pipe network as product oxygen. The liquid oxygen product is drawn from the bottom of the main cold and enters the liquid oxygen storage tank. The dirty nitrogen drawn from the upper part of the upper tower is reheated by the main heat exchanger and then exits the cold box, and enters the molecular sieve purification system as the regeneration gas of the molecular sieve for heating and cold blowing.
