Air chiler unit:

1. The air-cooled chiller unit should be turned on to see whether the fan is turned correctly.

2. The setting value of each protection device of the air-cooled industrial chiller unit has been adjusted by the factory, please do not change it at will.

3. When the unit fails to alarm and shut down, first press the unit's stop button (the alarm light will go out), then check the cause of the failure, and do not force it to start operation before the failure is eliminated.

4. If it is not an emergency, do not shut down the unit by cutting off the main power supply.If the unit is not used for a long time in winter, turn off the unit first, then turn off the main power supply, and drain the water in the system.

5. Keep the machine room clean and well ventilated, and regularly clean and remove the condenser to ensure the normal and stable operation of the unit.

6. The chiller should keep the cooling water tower clean, and keep the air circulation around the water tower, the temperature is low, avoid debris entering the cooling tower to reduce the cooling efficiency.

7. Air-cooled chillers and air-cooled industrial chillers must keep the surface of the chiller cooling coil clean, ensure that the surrounding air is circulated, the temperature is low, and regularly clean the scale on the coil to ensure a good heat exchange effect.
