When to measure blood pressure? How many times a day?

When measuring blood pressure at home, blood pressure monitor should be measured every morning and evening, and each measurement should be measured 2 to 3 times after a 5-minute rest in the sitting position, with an interval of 1 minute.

If the average blood pressure of home monitoring is ≥135/85 mmHg, hypertension can be diagnosed, or the blood pressure has not been controlled.
