TM150XDHG01 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from TIANMA, with a built-in WLED backlight, With LED Driver, without touch screen. Tianma TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Ver1.1 which was released out on 10 30 2015, TM150XDHG01 supports display 1600(RGB)×1200 (UXGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.8(W)×228.6(H) mm, outline size of 318.7(W)×212.65(H)×6.5(D) mm, viewing area size of 307.8(W)×231.1(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 620g. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM150XDHG01 can provides 1000 cd/m² display brightness 1000:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 20 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, With LED Driver. TM150XDHG01 utilizes LVDS (2ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.).
