TM150TDSG73 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product from TIANMA, with a built-in WLED backlight, With LED Driver, without touch screen. Tianma TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. On the basis of latest version datasheet Final Ver2.0 which was released out on 6 27 2017, TM150TDSG73 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×12.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 307.4(W)×231.3(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 1.00Kgs (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM150TDSG73 can provides 450 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 8 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 62% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, With LED Driver. TM150TDSG73 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
