Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called TIANMA) TM150TDSG71 is a 15.0 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, With LED Driver, without touch screen. Tianma TFT-LCD is a 15.0 inch with consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Final Ver1.4 which was released out on 11 24 2015, TM150TDSG71 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 304.128(W)×228.096(H) mm, outline size of 326.5(W)×253.5(H)×12.1(D) mm, viewing area size of 307.4(W)×231.3(H) mm, with surface treament of Antiglare, net weight of 1.00Kgs (Typ.). As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM150TDSG71 can provides 450 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 80/80/80/80 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 8 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 6-bit + FRC gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.2M colors, also with performance of color gamut 62% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 50K hours, With LED Driver. TM150TDSG71 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 20 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
