Tianma Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereafter called TIANMA) TM101JDHP03 is a 10.1 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, With LED Driver, without touch screen. Tianma TFT-LCD is a 10.1 inch with consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. Based on datasheet with version of Pre.Ver1.6 which was released out on 3 30 2017, TM101JDHP03 supports display 1280(RGB)×800 (WXGA) with aspect ratio of 16:10 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 216.96(W)×135.6(H) mm, outline size of 229.46(W)×149.1(H)×4.7(D) mm, viewing area size of 217.96(W)×136.6(H) mm, with surface treament of Hard coating, net weight of 180g (Typ.). As a SFT, Normally Black, Transmissive LCM product, TM101JDHP03 can provides 400 cd/m² display brightness 800:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 85/85/85/85 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on Symmetry , and response time of 25 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit / 8-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K/16.7M colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted 3S11P WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type and have a working life time of 30K hours, With LED Driver. TM101JDHP03 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6/8-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 40 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
