TM097TDHG06 is a 9.7 inch diagonal a-Si TFT-LCD display screen product, with an incorporated WLED lighting system, with LED backlight driver, without touch screen. Tianma TFT-LCD is a 9.7 inch with consumer Lcd Display, it have LCD Controller and Tft Color Screen. TM097TDHG06 supports display 1024(RGB)×768 (XGA) with aspect ratio of 4:3 (W:H), whose pixels are arranged in RGB Vertical Stripe. As for mechanical detail, it features active area of 196.608(W)×147.456(H) mm, outline size of 210.21(W)×166.3(H)×5.85(D) mm, viewing area size of 200.91(W)×152.27(H) mm, with surface treament of Clear. As a TN, Normally White, Transmissive LCM product, TM097TDHG06 can provides 350 cd/m² display brightness 500:1 transimissive contrast ratio, 70/70/70/60 (Typ.)(CR≥10) (L/R/U/D) viewing angle, best view direction on 12 o'clock , and response time of 20 (Typ.)(Tr+Td) ms. Gray scale or the brightness of the sub-pixel is determined with a 6-bit gray scale signal for each dot, thus presenting a palette of 262K colors, also with performance of color gamut 50% (NTSC). This product adopted WLED as it's backlight systerm which was placed as Edge light type, With LED Driver. TM097TDHG06 utilizes LVDS (1 ch, 6-bit) as it's signal inputting systerm, which connected by 30 pins Connector with power supply voltage of 3.3V (Typ.). It's typical vertical frame rate (Fv) is 60Hz.
